I LOVE EATING HERE! My only problem is that I can never decide what to get because everything is so good! Of course I have preferences, but I have never had anything I would not try again. The owner and staff are always great and they show the true SB hospitality that this town was built on.

I've been eating at Plaza Deli for 15+ years -- even before Larry, the current owner, took over. They make consistently great sandwiches, and prices are very reasonable. They also have a unique soda collection (besides the usual brands). Their patio is a great place to enjoy the food, particularly when the weather is good. Larry adds a local Santa Barbara personal touch -- he gets to know his customers and he knows my whole family (5 of us) by name. Their efforts to provide a great customer experience don't go unoticed!

Not only do these guys have the best tasting lunch and the best service in town, they have that greatest outside patio in Santa Barbara. I bring my family here every weekend and the owner is so nice to my kids.
